PART TIME - 16 HOURS PER WEEK $34.28 - $36.16 GROSS PER HOUR SUPERANNUATION About the Opportunity You will be supporting the risk and safety team undertaking a variety of administration duties, your tasks will include: Providing a wide range of administrative support to the OHS Unit. Providing professional and effective communications to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating and providing support with various reports, projects and tasks. What you need to Thrive Provide general administration support/duties to the unit, including assisting with the formatting of policies, procedures and other documents. Prepare meeting agendas and notes for meetings. Prepare reports. Input data relating to the Safety Management System. Maintain an understanding of Council policies and procedures. Organise calendars, meeting or travel arrangements. Demonstrated time management capabilities. Experience using Microsoft software applications and proficient word processing skills. Proven ability to work harmoniously within a team environment and promote a team approach. High level of administration, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
