Maintaining network stability ensures that our customers stay connected with our suite of applications, products & services. Key to success in this role: Your understanding of the Network & using your knowledge & skills to deliver against our goals. It will entail a combination of Network Operational (troubleshooting, problem analysis, etc.) tasks & Sustainment engineering & allows the engineer to be involved in a broad range of network functions. Excellent cross-team collaboration, technical skills & clear communications are required. Primary responsibilities: Command the Network: Become an expert with our intricate global network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity for our suite of applications. Troubleshooting Ninja: Tackle network challenges head-on, identifying and resolving issues quickly; Validate problem descriptions & perform detailed problem diagnosis, track & update problems in the trouble-ticketing system Automation Whiz: Develop & craft solutions that automate problem solving and network operations, boosting efficiency and scalability. Collaboration Champion: Work seamlessly & partner with diverse teams to plan & execute software code upgrades, device maintenance & share knowledge and driving collective success.
