The Role: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week, your specific duties will include but not be limited to; Marketing and Sales Administration - NO PROSPECTING Open homes and inspections Maintain the Agent Box database of listings, prospective buyers, prospective vendors, vendors and past clients Attend OFI and by appointment inspections for sales listings Local property market research Attend Market Appraisals Book and attend pre-settlement inspections What YOU must have: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Be well presented and well spoken Energetic, committed and strive for nothing but excellence.
