The essential requirements for the suitable candidate include: Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist/Administrator in a medical environment. A high standard of work ethic – self-motivated, pro-active, takes pride in work as well as meticulous in nature. A brilliant administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills. Able to work well independently, but also as part of a team. Have the ability to connect and interact with people of all ages, background and personalities. Enjoy being part of a professional, happy and highly focused team. Must have at least 2 years relevant experience as a receptionist. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Professional telephone etiquette. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
