An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join the General Clerical team in Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital. As an Administration Officer, you will provide Clerical and administrative support which includes collection of accurate data. This role will manage patient admissions, discharges and transfers on the Patient administration system iPM. In addition, the position will be required to c ollect and collate data to ensure running of reports. It is a frontline role that will handle d irect enquirers via phone or face to face to the correct person. An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.? Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
