Your Mission Propeller provides smart surveying solutions to worksites all around the world, and our Visualiser team is responsible for ensuring the experience is at its best both on the desktop and mobile. As we've grown our customer base, so has the features and services which our product provides to our customers. One key area that our customers have moved towards is using Propeller as a home of collaboration on a worksite. We are building tools which provide them with the ability to collaborate and share information, all within the context of a map. As we are scaling up our product, you'll be given opportunities to work on greenfield projects which allow our customers to map, measure and manage their sites on both the desktop and mobile. You'll lead projects that have a company wide impact and ensure that our products and services bridge the gap between the surveying and GIS world. In addition to this, you'll mentor those around you and encourage more junior engineers to think of code quality and scalability in their code, ensuring that as we grow, we are able to still remain efficient. What's our team all about? Learn more here. Your Skills You're truly Full Stack, with extensive experience working on both Front end and Back End projects in your career. You're experienced writing clean, tested, scalable and performant code in React and NodeJS both with strong knowledge in Typescript. You are passionate about high performance and high code standards. You've a track record of good design, architectural, engineering and product decisions. You've experience with collaborative working with Engineers, Product Designers, Product Managers. You've led projects from a technical perspective and you're comfortable parachuting into an existing team. You're a natural collaborator and can bring the best out of your colleagues, regardless of their strengths and weaknesses.
