About the role: This is a perfect opportunity for a Channel Manager within the MarTech sector, that is interested in growing new business revenue through the partner network. This role would see you report directly into the RVP of Revenue and work closely with the COO. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of the partner strategy across the APJ region and aligning the sales teams to partners. Open to individuals with experience developing, supporting and retaining the reseller partner network in their designated territory. You will be working with one of the best leaders in the business. Work with a business that has a culture, proven with a score of 4.6/5 on Glassdoor. About you: Must have at least 4 years’ experience in software channel, partner or alliances position. Demonstrable experience growing revenue with new or existing business. Experience building a partner network of marketing agencies and integrators in a SaaS business. Have advanced business development skills to seek out decision makers of an organisation. Leverage your already existing network of contacts to increase channel sales. Solid knowledge of MS Office and understanding of Salesforce. Can think strategically and make complex decisions. Strong technology & presentation skills to conduct product demonstrations. Must come from a Martech or CX background. Responsibilities: Research your target audience and grow your network of partners from the ground up. Identifying new business opportunities by prospecting and managing a pipeline of new prospective channel, marketing agencies, integrators and VAR resellers. Manage the ongoing relationship with your partner network to maximise revenue. Assist with sales support to your partners during the negotiation stages. Coach partners to qualify client accounts that will lead to successful growth opportunities. Liaise with internal teams to drive product marketing & demand generation activities with partners.
