N Position Type Management Shift Engineer Technician Permanent full time position 38 hours per week $70,700 - $72,000 per year superannuation Location: Adelaide We are looking for a Shift Engineer Technician for our businessAdelaide Marriott Hotel. The position will report to the Chief Engineer and will be responsible for the following: Assist in maintaining the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the Marriott property Oversee preventative maintenance repairs with direction from the Engineering manager Liaise with contractors and suppliers for equipment and relationship building Manage the engineering maintenance team, supporting them with operational tasks Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement creative improvement initiatives, setting the pace in the industry Be a strong supervisor by providing motivation and support to the associates Successful applicants must have: Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
