We are flexible on how these hours are worked in line with any other commitments or preferences What this opportunity involves: We are currently looking for an experienced and positive Administration Finance Assistant to join our onsite team to provide administrative, accounts payable and general finance tasks to the team and be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office activities. In this role, you will assist the team in a range of property and office administrative functions with a high focus on accounts payable duties across the entire portfolio. Here is a snapshot of what your new role will look like: First point of contact for all accounts queries from tenants, suppliers and the client, Undertake all monthly sales figures collection and reporting. Includes follow up with tenants and creating monthly uploads for Account Manager or batch entry where required Assist Portfolio Accountant with internal and external audits and end of month process Processing of all Accounts Payable invoices on a daily basis with a focus on accuracy prior to the cut-off posting times Work alongside the Operations Manager and Centre Manager in reviewing invoices/AP where required Review and update all Client, tenant and contractor contact information is regularly reviewed and uploaded and captured in the relevant areas Be the first point of contact for all patrons arriving at Valley Metro and direct them as required Sound like the job you are looking for? Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for: The successful candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel and have experience working with MRI (advantageous) or other accounting packages. This position requires high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn and a desire to implement process improvements.
