About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workforce Dimensions System Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of the UKG’s Workforce Dimensions system. You will provide essential support to the Payroll Team and the entire Healthscope business, offering expertise in resolving and updating all Workforce Dimensions system-related matters. Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage and maintain system access and configuration to meet business needs. Create required Workforce Dimensions functions for any new services. Maintain and develop new system tools and reports. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to Workforce Dimensions Service Desk, including liaison with the application provider and managing upgrades. Work across the Workforce Dimensions application. Liaise with the UKG, Payroll & Compliance Teams, and IT Application Support team regarding configuration issues. Actively collaborate with application vendors to understand and influence future software releases, bug fix processes, and escalation processes. Hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Dimensions in all functional areas. Configure the application – Pay Policies / Accruals / Scheduling, etc. WFM product integration knowledge. Research problems independently and identify the root cause of issues using problem determination skills. Solid understanding of the DataHub. Keep core product WFD skills up to date with complementary product changes. Experience Required Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Workforce Dimensions application or similar rostering/HR functionality (Mandatory). Experience with WDM and Set Up Data Manager in WFD. Practical experience with SQL and Database concepts. Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Well-developed interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills. Significant administrative skills. Advantageous if you have prior health-related industry knowledge. Strong time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes. In-depth knowledge of HRIS processes and procedures. An understanding of Awards, EBA’s & Legislation concepts. Continuous process improvement mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Key Selection Criteria High Level of Kronos Database and System Knowledge (Mandatory) Ability to work autonomously, with limited direction. Ability to prioritize. Healthcare experience (highly desirable). Good organization skills. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Experience and knowledge of Kronos application or similar rostering/HR functionality. Rostering experience. Payroll experience (highly desirable). Payroll Configuration experience is highly regarded.
