This role provides a perfect opportunity for the right person to utilise and develop those skills and contribute to a dynamic team within the Office of Sport who support the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in NSW. We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team on a temporary basis up to 31 December 2024. The role will be based in our Sydney Olympic Park office. We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with total remuneration package ranging from $79,032 up to $86,539 per annum (full time equivalent) plus 11% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading. About the role The Administrative Support Officer carries out various administrative and support services to assist in meeting the operational requirements of The Duke of Edinburgh team. In this role you will be required to: Provide key frontline services that include the preparation and distribution of invoices to collect monthly revenues. Manipulate and validate critical monthly reporting data that forms the framework of other frontline service activities. Preparation and distribution of monthly Duke of Edinburgh certificates as per licence obligations. Manage new client registrations in accordance with documented processes. Maintain multiple databases to allow accurate reporting. About you You will have the ability to support the administration of effective Duke of Edinburgh activities in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines. You can deal effectively and professionally with business clients and industry stakeholders whilst managing their expectations and balancing competing priorities. The role requires the manipulation of data in Excel using data sourced from multiple databases to compile monthly reports to create financial transactions as well as mail merged documents for dispatch. Describe your experiences and the tools you used in undertaking and completing similar tasks. What challenges have you faced and how did you overcome them? 2. The role also requires the management of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage Client accounts and related financial transactions. Describe your experiences in CRM and financial transaction management including an outline of particular tasks that you’ve undertaken and the tools that you have used.
