Role: A 12 month fixed-term contract with an ASAP start. A strong potential to extend or go permanent for the right candidate. As a client facing Administration Assistant, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, supporting a group of three seasoned advisers. Working alongside one other Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the desk and delivering exceptional service to clients. Duties: Ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to clients Providing timely responses to inquiries Preparing meeting materials Collaborating with advisers to execute post-client meeting tasks Managing client administration Liaising with internal departments to streamline operations Experience: Showcase your tech-savvy side with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Outlook.
