The Wellbeing and Welfare Officer/Operation Administrator is responsible for implementing and contributing to improvements and processes and practices which enable the delivery of effective team member assistance and related services and provide admin support to Head Of Departments and Hotel Manager. You will ensure the compliance with all legislation, strategy, policy and procedures. You will provide information, assistance and support to team members and assist with a range of initiatives which promote team member wellbeing. Key responsibilities : Develops and maintains effective working relationships with managers and team members Assesses team members welfare needs and provides appropriate intervention Coordinates the administrative aspects of the team member support program Provides guidance on employee welfare related services to management and the team Participates in the preparation and delivery of training which educates managers and teams on workplace welfare matters Implement and manage the PALM scheme wellbeing initiatives to enhance the overall health, wellbeing and happiness of team members Provide counselling and support services to team members facing challenges Collaborate with external wellbeing resources and organisations to ensure comprehensive support for employees and compliance of PALM requirements. Conducting interviews together with Head Of Departments with potential PALM scheme participants to assess their eligibility and needs. Communicating effectively with PALM officer to coordinate the onboarding process and ensure seamless integration into the program. Facilitating the demobilisaton process for team members exiting the PALM scheme. Providing addtional support and resources as needed during the demobilisation process. Completing a comprehensive demobilisation checklist to ensure all necessary step are followed inculding but not limited on Reviewing and updating relevant documentation and record, complete demobilisation check list 6 month before, 3 month before, 1 month before PALM team member departures. Managing office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls for management if needed. Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management. Assisting with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations. providing general administrative support to the management team with ad-hoc projects as needed. Assisting with the organisation and execution of company events, workshop and trainings. What are we looking for?
