We seek a full-time Rostering & Administration Assistant to join our team during afternoons/evenings, contributing to our company's growth through impeccable administration skills and attention to detail. Based at our new centrally located Fortitude Valley office, with potential opportunities for hybrid work or working from our Gold Coast office post-initial training and proficiency being gained. About the Role: Work autonomously, assisting a highly effective security team to assist with rostering requirements. Assist operations team with varied administrative tasks. Conduct daily timesheet reconciliation and maintain records. Handle phone calls and emails efficiently. Undertake license checking and compliance-related duties. What a Successful Candidate Looks Like: Demonstrated administration experience, with rostering/workforce planning skills preferred. Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to sudden changes. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Superior time management and organisational abilities. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude. Self-management skills to see tasks through from start to finish. Availability for afternoon/evening shifts. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
