An Australian owned, importer and manufacturer of leading designer furniture brands for the home, hotel or resort are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant for trade and retail customers. In this role you will work from their beautiful Alexandria Showroom on a Monday - Friday / Tuesday - Saturday alternating roster. You willbuild rapport with key residential interior designers and premium clients. The ideal candidate will be trained in interior styling, with the ability to put together furniture plans and work with clientson colour schemes andfabric/material selections,both in store and in home.The successful candidate will have experience in sales and/or styling within the architecture and interior design industry. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sales for residential and retail customers Take clients through furniture selection, customisation, and design consultation, both in the showroom and in-home (as required) Prepare design presentations for clients when needed Reach and exceed a defined set of KPIs and budgets Workclosely with the Key Account Manager to build a trade network Coordinate deliveries, installation and inhouse placement when appropriate Deliver after-sales service to encourage repeat business Skills and Experience Demonstrated high-end customer service or sales experience relevant to the residential interior design market Exceptional understanding of spatial planning, colourand fabric specification Demonstrated interior styling experience witha natural creative flair A strong personal interest in furniture and interior design Interior Design tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential) Benefits Generous salary & group bonus scheme Working with beautiful, high-end products A supportive and inclusive culture Fantastic career progression opportunities J-18808-Ljbffr
