Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate with a strong focus on both commercial and residential real estate sales, coupled with marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our properties and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities in both commercial and residential real estate markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate the sales process from start to finish. Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and enhance brand visibility. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods, to reach target audiences effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, including property listings, brochures, and promotional materials. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial and residential real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with previous experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is preferred. Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
