About the role Exercise quasi-judicial and statutory delegated functions subject to the direction of the Principal Registrar. Provide guidance, information and advice on processes, procedures and systems to staff and users. Undertake a range of administrative tasks, and provide a point of escalation for enquiries, tasks and issues of a complex, priority or urgent nature. Work closely with Civil Division Members, in particular the Head of Division and leadership group. Work closely with the Service Transformation Project team and provide guidance, information and advice on processes and procedures. Maintain effective and regular communication with key stakeholders including members, staff, users and the public.
