As the Pre-Sales and Offer Manager Leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing a national team of highly customer-centric specialists across the operations of Pre-sales and product managers. Through strong leadership, you will drive a high-performance culture within the team to produce best-in-class product knowledge and best in class pre-sales support to the channel ecosystem, end user, and sales community What Will You Do? Drive and manage continual development across the process framework Provide strong leadership to continually develop maintain and attract key talents within the team Work in collaboration with the IT Edge, C&I, C&SP and Secure Power field service sales teams Grow the business, increasing the volume of our products, ensuring product launches have maximum impact in the market Deliver professionally relevant, consistent, and competitive submissions to the market Enable consistent standards across all pre-sales engineering and process disciplines Support Sales team to enable complete focus on customer-facing time Drive channel and consultant engagement (training) and Schneider Electric prescription Drive the product managers to best-in-class lifecycle management New product launch success Ideal Candidate Passion for impactful leadership Degree Qualified in an Engineering or Business Discipline Advanced electrical, mechanical, BMS, DCIM, and data centre physical infrastructure design experience Sales and pre-sales management with knowledge of critical buildings and data centre specifically Strong people leadership/management experience Strong presentation skills High emotional intelligence What's in It for You?
