Prepares and reviews technical specifications, designs, and documentation for grid connection equipment and systems. Coordinates and manages grid connection projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timelines. Performs technical analyses and simulations to optimize grid performance and resolve any connection issues. Provides technical support during grid connection commissioning and operational phases. Liaises with relevant authorities, grid operators, and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Stays current with industry trends and regulations, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of grid connection processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in grid connection engineering, ideally in the renewable energy sector. Strong knowledge of grid codes, regulations, and standards. Proficiency in power system analysis tools and software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
