Key Client Coordinator Position Location: Docklands, Manufacturing Industry An exciting opportunity to work on a large technology account. The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of buildings. Overseeing the facility maintenance management and safety programs for an assigned region and manage performance metrics in accordance with account KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Overseeing the performance of subordinate; Workplace Experience Coordinator. Responsibilities: Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers as necessary to fulfill the role. Work with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Internal mail delivery/pickup twice a day from nominated mail points and ensure outgoing mail and courier requests are completed in a timely manner. Regular reporting on inventory, cost, and ordering of envelopes and other mail and items. Provide assistance to colleagues and team members during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave. Our Ideal Person: Requirements: Knowledge of HS&E standards are ideal. Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, memos, and to deal with customers in a polite, genuine manner. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential items of mail in accordance with the code of conduct. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills. Benefits: Industry leading paid parental leave offerings.
