Your role at St John of God Health Care You will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and development of SJGHC’s HRIS System (Workday) and integrating systems to ensure that it functions efficiently, is configured in line with business requirements, compliance standards and best practice. This is a key partnering role with the Payroll, Finance, Digital & Technology and Project teams, ensuring that the HRIS System is stable, operates efficiently and adheres to internal and external compliance standards. The Position Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects. Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leads to continuously improve service delivery. Collaborate with Group Workforce and other key business stakeholders to develop, implement and modify HR processes and procedures in line with system configuration changes. Actively source system solutions based on industry best practice that delivers real value for the organisation. Coordinate the delivery and ongoing monitoring of HRIS system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client and system compliance requirements are met. Drive and manage the deployment & testing of HRIS system enhancements, upgrades and feature releases; liaising with DI&T, internal and external stakeholders. Remain current on all principles, trends and legislative framework regarding HR matters – and ensure that the system meets compliance standards, legislative standards and best practice. Support the delivery of accurate data for audit purposes to internal and external stakeholders within deadline. You will have demonstrated experience related to the implementation and management of an enterprise HRIS application, within a complex environment. To succeed you will Advanced knowledge and understanding of operational HRIS procedures, related activities and their relationships to systems and system design with demonstrated technical experience with large Payroll/HR/ERP systems (preferably Workday) in high volume contexts.
