Duties will include but not limited to: • Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others. • Relationship management, conflict management and resolution. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities. • Provide support in compliance audits. • Answering Phones • Emailing and calling people • Document Filing • Monitoring Satellite Tracking data when required. Skills required: • Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment. • Good organisational skills • Proficient computer skills within Micro-Soft applications including Excel. • Able to communicate with staff at all levels from Director to worker. • Willing to develop and be flexible within the team environment. • Opportunities to advance within the business. • Experience dealing with confidential / sensitive information and matters with tact, discretion, and integrity. • data entry skills that can be done with speed and accuracy. • Must have a car licence.
