We are hiring Administrator ESG & QHSE based in Perth. Purpose of the Job: To support the Head of ESG and QHSE to implement Aggreko's Energising Change vision. This role will be key member of the Environment, Social Governance (ESG) and Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) function for the Asia Pacific region. Through Energising Change, we are Accelerating Transition, Promoting Development and Taking Responsibility, for our people, our customers, and the communities we serve Key Responsibilities: Maintains and Updates QHSE documentation e.g. QMS Procedures with assistance of Head of ESG and QHSE Collates energy data for emissions reporting (scope 1, 2 and 3) Compiles regional monthly QHSE reports and updates the QHSE Dashboard in conjunction with the QHSE team. Support QHSE Training matrix development and compliance for depots and projects Updates and maintains the QHSE SharePoint website and notifies the concerns of any changes or updates. Supports QHSE team with monitoring and close out of incident investigations Assists with implementation of QHSE procedures at regional level when required. Liaising with the suppliers and Purchasing Department - ME for purchasing of QHSE related items and services Takes QHSE Review Meeting minutes and follows up on outstanding actions with the help of QHSE team. Technical Skills Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft suite Prior administration experience Experience with Sharepoint (desirable) Experienced in Safety/Sustainability(desirable) Completion / Partial Completion of tertiary qualification in Sustainability / Safety / Environmental field (desirable) Personal Traits Analytical thinker and numerate Effective planning organizational and time management skills Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines Capable of working on his/her own initiative LI - HM1 About Aggreko We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people's unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
