About this role We’re looking for a motivated Administration Assistant with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to support the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) teams in our Melbourne or Sydney office. This is a permanent role with the flexibility of working full-time or part-time (0.6 FTE), depending on the availability of the successful candidate. Key responsibilities General administrative duties, such as electronic filing, scanning, and document preparation Support with expense management, organisation of meetings, room bookings and coordination of travel for the team Support event and conference, webinar planning and management for clients and teams Assist other team members with preparation of fees and client invoicing, as well as processing invoices for accounts payable Assist in undertaking conflict checks and company searches Preparation of correspondence and other documentation, including some minute-taking Database and system management – update Salesforce CRM and other tools Skills and experience Required Conscientious with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisation, timekeeping and prioritisation skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills gained within an internal client-facing environment Demonstrated attention to discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Desirable Previous administration experience within a corporate environment would be advantageous Knowledge of Salesforce, APS, Concur and / or iManage, or similar systems If you are interested in this role but don’t feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
