Contract Administrator – Contracts and Commissioning, Parramatta Corrective Services NSW Applications close 17th March 2024 Location – Parramatta (hybrid work from home arrangements available) Employment Type – 6-month fixed term with possibility of ongoing, Full Time, 35 hours per week Salary – $106,025 - $117,363pa plus superannuation and annual leave loading 6-month fixed term with possibility of ongoing Flexible working hours A positive and supportive team culture Leadership & Career development opportunities Your role Corrective Services NSW is responsible for running the state’s correctional centres, supervising offenders in the community, and delivering programs aimed at reducing reoffending, supporting reintegration and building safer communities. As a Contract Administrator, you will report directly to the Manager of Contracts & Relationships. Your role will involve a variety of contract management, administrative and regulatory activities. You will help monitor and report on the performance of contracted service providers in accordance with strategic objectives, in line with CSNSW outcomes. What you’ll do We are looking for a positive-minded and outcome-oriented individual who can effectively build relationships within a multidisciplinary environment. You should have a keen eye for detail, be commercially savvy with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions. A collaborative approach is essential to support your team in a fast-paced agile environment. Demonstrated work experience in Procurement & Contract/Commercial Management is desirable but not essential. High-level written communication skills, analytical capabilities, computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) are required to meet the requirements of this role.
