About the role As the Administration Officer you will be required to provide administrative support to the Community Rehabilitation and Specialist Clinics (McKellar Centre) within Barwon Health. The Administration Officer will be required to: Greet all customers in a friendly manner arriving for appointments Check customer details Ascertain external or internal customer needs, assess urgency and address promptly and accordingly Manage client information including all documentation and files in a confidential, timely and accurate manner Process, schedule, maintain and update all relevant patient information, ensuring that patients details are current and correct If you fit this criterion and would like to work in our friendly and well supported team please apply today About the culture We are an enthusiastic, energetic and focused team who work cohesively together.
