Joining their Mining & Infrastructure business working on sustaining capital projects within rail, mine, and ports, you will work in an autonomous and hands-on role within a dynamic and friendly team environment while you take on initial key deliverables such as: Lead a small team of engineers and designers and spearhead the development of your team. Work on a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects for tier 1 and tier 2 clients with project scopes ranging from earthworks, roads and drainage to mine closure and rehabilitation. Provide technical leadership and advice during all different stages of the project lifecycle starting from feasibility studies and design strategies to construction and commissioning. Produce tender documentation, design documentation, specifications, and project deliverables. Apply a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles to create and deliver practical and economical solutions that meet client requirements. Coordinate the production of documentation, specifications, and project deliverables within agreed project timeframes and budget. About You Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. 12 years of relevant professional experience and exceptional technical knowledge. Demonstrated experience working on civil engineering projects within the mining industry. Proven leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and mentoring to small teams. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, having impact and influence with the capacity to build professional relationships both internally and client-facing.
