This Optical Sales Representative role sits within our Professional Solutions team and will be vital in managing and servicing existing accounts across NSW South as well as regional areas. This exciting role is all about growing the Oakley Optical footprint by bringing on new accounts and ensuring our brands are best represented in the independent and key account retail marketplace. Success will see you establishing new accounts to grow Oakley Optical whilst continuously seeking new business opportunities to develop and maintain brand equity. Requirements for Success Work with our Marketing and Product Managers to develop and execute an annual training plan which ensures customer brand, product & sales knowledge supports brand positioning of your portfolio Business Development to grow business through all suitable avenues Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers across the NSW South region Ensuring instore marketing and image of your brands are maintained within all accounts and align with brand guidelines Assisting with education of staff within your accounts to ensure information about the features of Oakley optical and sunglasses you carry is accurate Maintaining and servicing through store visits, phone, email, tech training on all specialty accounts within the NSW South territory Skills & Experience Previous experience in a retail/wholesale sales/business development role Being a real 'go-getter', with fresh energy and a passion to drive sales. We're looking for someone who can develop new sell-in strategies and grow the Oakley brand. Proactive and keen to hit the ground running. We're looking for someone who isn't scared to push boundaries & tackle new opportunities.
