ABOUT THE POSITION As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play an important role in overseeing and managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and fostering innovation throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects and drive technological advancements in the field. DUTIES Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedules Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to achieve project objectives Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on project status SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred Strong technical expertise in electrical systems design, analysis, and troubleshooting Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members Excellent communication skills , with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment CULTURE Our client are an energetic, dynamic and fun team of individuals who bounce off each others ideas and foster the development and success of all people in the team.
