Online Customer Service Agent - Woolworths Ulverstone Woolworths Online are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and energetic people for Homeshop Driver position within our Online Shopping Department at our Ulverstone Supermarket. In this role, you will be the face of Woolworths out and about in the community, delivering groceries to customers that have placed an order online. It is a highly physical role that includes but is not limited to safely driving a light commercial vehicle whilst making deliveries, obeying all road rules, parking in safe locations, carrying out a pre-shift vehicle safety check while consistently delivering groceries in crates (up to 15-20kg) which requires repetitive bending, lifting and carrying as well as walking (often up and down flights of stairs) to the delivery point. Our Online Delivery Service will provides 2 delivery sessions Monday to Sunday to support the shopping requirements of our local customers. The successful applicants will be required to be available to work shifts between 5.00am to 2.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.00pm. Additional hours wll be available within the store working with our teams in the Online/Replenishment Departments. To be considered for the role applicants would need to demonstrate the following skills or criteria: Exceptional customer service Have the ability to manage difficult customer situations Well developed verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills, be friendly and courteous Ability to work independently Well presented Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to juggle a number of priorities Current Full Driver’s Licence Grow with the Group Woolworths Group has announced it will be requiring Australian team members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (subject to medical and religious exemptions).
