With an extensive database spanning 25 countries and over 1.5 billion records, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining existing client relationships. This is a brand new role due to continued success and increasing client base. As a Media Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting existing client relationships, particularly with large international accounts. The Role: Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing client queries efficiently. Service Delivery and Quality Assurance: Oversee service delivery to meet quality standards and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement strategies. Supporting New Business Sales: Manage the Data Evaluation phase of sales, coordinating communication between clients and technical teams for successful evaluation and proposal phases. Strategic Planning and Execution: Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to enhance client services and support business growth. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor client service metrics, analyse feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or related roles within AdTech or digital marketing industry. Strong understanding of digital advertising technology, CRM software, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and alignment with company values. Ability to be flexible with working hours, due to international clients. Why do you want this role?
