RINSW provides researchers with state-of-the-art human imaging capabilities to increase collaboration between leading academic, research and health care institutions at the Randwick Innovation & Health Precinct, as well as nationally and internationally. This UNSW core facility is fully integrated in the Prince of Wales Hospital environment. Our team of imaging scientists, radiographers and radiologists are committed to translating imaging innovations into clinical application and creating an easily accessible clinical trial and research imaging infrastructure. Reporting to the Imaging Facility Director, you will be the key point of contact for clients utilising the facility and providing effective day-to-day administrative support to the facility’s Director and staff. This includes managing the booking system, invoicing, reporting, procurement, social media announcements and support with any administrative and operational requests. Previous exposure to raising invoices and purchasing is highly regarded. Ability to work accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
