About the role We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a Senior Administration Officer for a major infrastructure project in Fremantle, WA. This role provides general administrative support and activities to a project, including invoicing, personnel control, reception duties, and managing the tasks required with maximum efficiency and practicality. Key responsibilities Ensure Administration & Office Management processes are established and maintained in accordance with iGMS Manage and process Procure to Pay, Payroll and Travel & Accommodation to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently Manage desk booking system including updating floor and seating plans Manage the temporary non-LORA user accounts weekly Administer and support asset management (allocation) including computers, mobile phones, access cards and other office equipment Liaise with Office Manager and People Services to ensure onboarding requirements are complete for new staff. Set up workstations for new employees including laptops, nametags, and login details, ensuring the contact list is updated Support execution of company-wide events and information updates Maintain and manage meeting rooms; including managing schedules, outlook calendars and bookings, and ensuring rooms are kept tidy About you Experience with administration and invoicing Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills. Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment, Microsoft Office package and COINS or similar. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organising, prioritising, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
