Your role as the Administration Officer is to provide effective and efficient service to patients and clients attending the Nepean Cancer Care Centre (NCCC) and to provide support to clinical teams working in the Centre. This is a fast paced role which will require you to multi tasks and will see you complete new patient registrations, including record creation and electronic record updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient demographic information using iPM and inhouse appointment/booking applications as well as be responsible for completing cash transactions as required, ensuring eMercury Standard Position Description accuracy of all transactions. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.     Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
