The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Business Services Administrator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and act as a key contact for a variety of areas including O’Brien Group’s insurance and external motor vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities include: Manage insurance claim queries, review and first authorisation of invoices and manage the annual insurance return Motor vehicle fleet management including; Review lease contracts; repairs; novated lease administration; and allocate funds from disposal of vehicles Assist the Finance and Operation’s team with property administration including; rental payments and bonds; new location and relocation; and updating the property registers Overseeing travel management for the O’Brien Group Updating and managing regular reports for the Accounts Payable and Accounting team Banking administration, bank guarantees and credit cards The Perks O’Brien® is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career.
