If this resonates, then we have an opportunity for you.The RoleReporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Business Services Administrator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and act as a key contact for a variety of areas including O’Brien Group’s insurance and external motor vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities include:Manage insurance claim queries, review and first authorisation of invoices and manage the annual insurance returnMotor vehicle fleet management including; Review lease contracts; repairs; novated lease administration; and allocate funds from disposal of vehiclesAssist the Finance and Operation’s team with property administration including; rental payments and bonds; new location and relocation; and updating the property registersOverseeing travel management for the O’Brien GroupUpdating and managing regular reports for the Accounts Payable and Accounting teamBanking administration, bank guarantees and credit cardsThe PerksO’Brien® is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career.
