The precinct brings to life our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services in a range of accommodation options in one location. Your New Role: In your new role as our Sales Manager / Wellbeing and Transitions Manager, you will engage with current and prospective residents and families; advising on suitable care and service options and provide support through the resident's journey with Australian Unity. Responsibilities will include: Supporting planned and unplanned customer transitions and advising residents and families of the most suitable care/service options to meet their needs Providing a meaningful and seamless experience for the resident; focusing on their goals and facilitating a warm transition to care Maintaining and maximizing resident occupancy levels; monitoring referrals/sales inquiries and ensuring a high-level customer experience Developing strong relationships with the co-located Retirement Community and wider teams Building a strong referral network of service providers, health professionals, community groups and other community partners to support referral channels About you: Above all, you will be an accomplished Sales and Relationships Manager, who can develop and drive our sales strategy, whilst demonstrating our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. Does this sound like you? Demonstrated experience in Aged Care, Nursing, Social Work or Allied Health would be highly regarded Proven sales experience with the ability to develop effective relationships and convert referrals/consultations into customer growth Knowledge of Aged Care admissions and/or funding including the ACFI (Aged Care Funding Instrument) would be highly regarded Proven ability to think outside the box when identifying and engaging alternative referral channels A current driver's license required for travel to community service providers and events Fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Please note this a Parental Leave Position for 12 months Your Benefits: We value our Residential Communities teams and the wonderful work they do.
