Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer with over 5 years of software engineering experience to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities: Confidently tackle ambiguous problems and drive the development of large-scale systems. Demonstrate proficiency in frontend, backend, and LLMs (Low-Level Mechanisms). Build integrations with platforms such as GitHub, Atlassian Products, and Slack. Take ownership of projects end-to-end and actively contribute to the enhancement of our product suite. Facilitate company hackathons, onboard new hires, and tackle complex engineering projects with enthusiasm. Qualifications: 5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on security. Proven ability to reason about performance and reliability while delivering high-quality code. Experience in building integrations with GitHub, Atlassian Products, and Slack is advantageous. Startup experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in context switching between coding, customer conversations, architecture discussions, and interviews.
