An exciting opportunity is available for a Medical Administration Research Officer to join the Radiology team on a permanent full time basis. In this role you will provide accurate, effective, and efficient secretarial and administrative support services to assist the Medical Imaging, Nuclear Medicine & PET Department in coordinating a number of research projects conducted across the service. The Medical Admin / Research Officer will work closely with the Clinical Director and clinical teams coordinating patient and participant appointments, assist in recruitment of study participants, survey data collection, database entry and management and assisting in administration of research tasks to patients.  An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.? Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa. Selection Criteria to be Addressed : Demonstrated high level administrative, organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and problem solving ability. Demonstrated ability to show initiative and use sound judgment and work collaboratively and as part of a team as well as independently. Possess a positive attitude and sound work ethic whilst adapting to changing work processes and environments. Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency. Extensive experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
