Description ABOUT THIS ROLE The Corporate Services Administrator executes a wide range of tasks and general duties that help the Corteva business operate efficiently. The role is required to be in the office a minimum of 4 days. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Corporate Office - Oversee administration for fleet vehicles and business mobile phones. - Manage key contact for General building administration and carpark access to employees and visitors. - Purchase order and invoice management, partner with order/invoice processing teams in India, assist with set up of new vendors and raising new purchase orders. - Coordinate payment queries and discrepancies from the finance team. - Office meeting and event coordination, including meeting room preparation, catering, and arrangements for office team meetings & celebrations, including and business visitors when required. - Onsite coordinator for IT support, servers, and phone system. - Office supplies, including stationary, meeting room, kitchen, and lunchroom requirements. - Office services and service providers, including purchasing & coordination for access systems (keys, fobs, ID badges), phones (office system & iPhone plans/replacements), mail, courier, cleaning, security, plants, waste, equipment, IT equipment & accessories, health provisions & providers, repair & maintenance. - Travel communications Administration Support to the Commercial Unit Leader - Support JK ANZ CU Lead including scheduling meetings, expenses, and travel arrangements. - Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time. Commercial Team Support - Assist with the co-ordination/setup for commercial events such as trade shows, product launches etc. - Co-ordinate sales and marketing requirements including corporate clothing, mail and distribution of publications, marketing brochures and promotional materials. Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, friendly disposition, can-do attitude - Candidate will be highly motivated and capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes at short notice. - Effectively organize workload and manage a high volume of rapidly changing priorities whilst maintaining deadlines. - Ability to work independently, and within teams/networks as required. - Capable of problem solving, and constructively managing conflict when matters arise. - Experience and knowledge of professional administration support. - Proficiency and interest in IT, including Microsoft Office programmes, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, plus iPhone & laptop operation - Experience in meeting and event management Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
