Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking our new People & Culture Administration Officer to join our P&C team in our National Office located in Bundall, on the Gold Coast. This is a full-time role, however we are happy to consider applications from those seeking part time employment. Reporting to our People Services Manager, you will be working in a team of 3 undertaking various administrative and HR tasks that support across our National Office and our 17 facilities across the nation. Main Duties & Responsibilities Provide general HR administration assistance such as: Process employment contract variations Undertake compliance checks, reviews and management Personnel file set up and maintain accurate employee records Respond to, triage and escalate phone and email queries About You YOU are an experienced Administrator who thrives in a collaborative environment and have the ability to work in a team or independently. Being adaptable in nature, you will also have: A high attention to detail – essential Excellent computer skills – Microsoft packages, DocuSign and HRIS experience Demonstrated customer service and general administration skills and experience Great verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise as required Willingness to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives An entry level understanding or interest in Human Resource will be highly regarded As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks .
