Manage reporting, records and databases and routine financial processes. Provide support to the Secretariat Officer including preparation of agenda items, preparation of meeting templates, setup of meetings, etc. Actively contribute to a positive team culture. Contribute to team planning and outcome. Provide support to the Assistant Director and Secretariat Officer in coordination of internal reporting. Engage with stakeholders and support networks The successful candidates demonstrate experience and capability including: Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative support services. A 'can-do' attitude and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve results, whilst managing demanding lead times and competing priorities Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your workload and support other colleague to achieve business objectives Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal competencies to capably provide and assure quality outputs.
