Renowned for its diverse portfolio of private and government projects, the company boasts an annual revenue exceeding $1.5 billion, and this role specifically focuses on a New $90 million residential project. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions Collaborate closely with the finance team to monitor project budgets and maintain financial performance Establish and manage organised documentation control systems, including contracts, correspondences, and project records Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims and variations Generate regular reports on project financials, emphasising key performance indicators and potential risks Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met Work in tandem with project management and other departments to facilitate smooth project operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry Strong grasp of contract law and industry practices Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software programs If you are a motivated Project Engineer seeking a challenging role with a reputable Tier 2 Head Contractor, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
