Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting project delivery to drive the success of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage the administration of contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from procurement to final closeout. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and legal counsel to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks. Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation, including change orders, variations, and claims. Monitor contract performance, including budget and schedule adherence, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely and professional manner. Mentor and provide guidance to junior contracts administrators as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in contracts administration within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to commercial and residential projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, including standard forms and relevant legislation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
