We specialize in innovative technologies and provide tailored solutions to SME business owners to improve productivity, and efficiency, and reduce risks. We're supported by major global brands such as CISCO, Avaya, and more. We're looking for office-based retention consultants who want to work in a supportive family environment and grow with us. Join us on this journey and create your own success Key Responsibilities • Calling existing accounts to make appointments for Business Development Managers • Ensuring you maintain a high standard of quality customer service. • Collaborate with different internal departments to meet the needs of existing customers. • Building strong relationships with existing clients to ensure your success. • Updating the CRM with concise and accurate information • Generating new Business Opportunities via cold calling & referrals • The talent to increase sales through Cross and Upselling. • Rapport building with clients. To be considered • Business to Business sales experience or has previous sales experience (preferred). • Some Knowledge of CRM systems or good computer literacy. • Attention to detail. • Experience providing customer service in any industry. • Articulate communication skills (Verbal & Written) • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. • Can work independently and collaboratively. • Have a dynamic and hands-on approach. • Can achieve results and has previous sales experience (preferred).
