Due to expansion in the APAC region, they now seek the services of an experienced and driven Sales and Account Representative who wants to progress their career in Sales, Account Management and Business Development within SaaS.Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, as an Account Rep, you will support clients and customers in English and Japanese, and assist with new supplier onboarding and outreach, prospecting of new business, account management and client/customer care. In short, you play a pivotal role linking customers, sales, account management and business development.Primary Duties & Responsibilities include:Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients.Participate in sales and marketing projects and prospecting effortsConduct regular client meetings and product training via phone, web-based and face-to-face meetings.Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections, account expansion and client outreach.Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer enquiries, and troubleshoot problems.Proactively analyse customer service processes and account progress and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.To be considered for this position:Bilingual (written and verbal) in English and Japanese.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.Relevant experience in business development, account management, sales and/or customer service.Proficient computer skills in MS Office, internet and e-mail applications.Demonstrated negotiation and leadership skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.In return, you will receive full training on the product and on-going support as the company grows.
