We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Enterprise Software Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategy, fostering growth, and acquiring new customers for our Smart Building software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building and maintaining C-level relationships, and driving sales deals through orders close. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on our business which is undergoing expansion across the software lifecycle and embarking on the next stage of our innovation and transformation journey. Key to your success will be your customer, market and industry experience coupled with application, product, solution knowledge to act as a consultant and trusted advisor for customers' present and future needs. Demonstrated experience and success within a team selling environment is a must. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter with an ability to build executive level relationships, align solutions and business strategies, and create the demand to close orders. Key Responsibilities: Driving the promotion and adoption of Digital Building Enterprise Software including Planon solutions to our key segments and Enterprise end-user customers Hunting end-user engagements within new and existing Schneider Electric accounts Developing a sound financial business plan when presenting and closing opportunities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities Developing a strategic plan to grow the business by identifying target customers / segments with the highest growth potential. Directly manage the commercial team and resources associated. Effectively lead the sales, commercial, presales and solutions activities within the team focused on clear targets and defined outcomes. Developing the 30/60/90-day action plan along with a long-range market strategy for offer growth and competitive positioning Manage effective commercial engagement for the crafting of specific offerings appropriate to customer needs You must be: Experienced in consultative selling and competent in software digital sales and SaaS model Externally client focused and possess strong listening capabilities A sales hunter versus farmer Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, accountable, and proactive Able to adapt and perform in a fast moving and often-changing environment A risk taker, entrepreneurial, and a team player Skills and Qualifications: Ideally 8-12 years' experience in a business development, sales or account management role selling software / digital / technology solutions. Strong background selling SaaS /Cloud solutions Outstanding quota attainment history and track record, with a focus on acquiring new customers and growing into new markets. Strong understanding of the IWMS and enterprise software landscape and the ability to articulate its value proposition to potential clients is highly desirable. A good understanding of and passion for Cloud, IoT/edge, Big Data, Digital Twin, AI, Predictive /Prescriptive Analytics, Smart Building solutions and emerging enterprise technologies Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective customers. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and drive business growth. A self-starter, able to work to develop new /existing client engagements though the entire sales cycle with an ambitious and proactive mindset, and a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.
