Responsibilities include: Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities. Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met. Overseeing production and product quality. Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipment. Applying quality controls during the manufacturing process to ensure production and quality are in-line with the customer requirements.About you: A truck driving, manufacturing/production or retail background. Comfortable operating production machinery and equipment. Experience supervising a small production team. You are a true people person who is patient, empathetic and resilient. Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks and empower them to live their best lives. Physically fit due to the demands of the role. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team. Moderate skills with MS Office applications. Forklift ticket or willing to obtain. Blue card & NDIS Screening card or willing to obtain (MANDATORY) MR or higher truck driver licence. Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial.
