Our client is a multi-award-winning residential builder with a excellent reputation built from producing quality homes for over 20 years. $80,000 - $100,000 super (OTE $350,000) The role: This is a unique opportunity to have freedom to run your own business within a business but will only be suited to an experienced operator with extensive local knowledge & contacts. Reporting to the business owner, you will be the face of the builder. You will be responsible for the home-buying process from the beginning to the end. You will have autonomy in this role to work the way which is best for you to deliver the sales. Experience/requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within residential homebuilding in a sales capacity Have the drive and ability to be a self-starter and seek out opportunities Have a list of contacts from developers to leverage & utilise to convert into sales Be an expert locally (HV, Newcastle, Port Stephens) Be well presented and a good communicator to all parties alike Able to cope with having autonomy and deciding your own way of working Company culture: My client is very much a family business with a particularly low staff turnover. You will be working largely independently so the key for them is for you to have the ability to go out and win business & ultimately close sales.
