We are looking for a talented and passionate E-Commerce Administrator to join our team at W Cosmetics. If you have a proven track record in managing Shopify Plus website and navigating through Amazon operations, we want to hear from you. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, along with hands-on experience in managing Taobao operations, will be highly prioritised. Key Responsibilities Shopify Plus and Amazon Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify independent stores, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal customer experience. Oversee Amazon store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service. Maintain E-commerce merchandising in line with our brand direction and monthly promotion. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Manage and maintain the site’s collections and upload product details that align with Google Analytics, trends, product attribution and sales promotions. Report on sales performance and provide solutions and strategies for optimisation. Liaise with other departments to achieve monthly sales target. Manage and maintain relationships with marketplace and coordinate with third parties. Fluent in both English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication with a diverse team and cater to a broad customer base. Leverage your experience in Taobao operations to enhance our understanding of the Chinese market and contribute to our overall success. Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in operating and managing Shopify Plus stores. Demonstrated expertise in navigating Amazon & Taobao’s seller platform. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
